Hello, just checking in with my first update...have managed NSD's on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 8th and 9th. Went off plan on the 5th,6th and 7th!.  So I've managed 6 NSD's so far this month. Thanks @cathybird for the updates.

I've had 3 spendy days in a row so no NSDs to report. Sunday I filled the car with petrol for work, Monday I brought toilet rolls, washing powder and shower gel and today I treated myself to a Costa Magic Bag from toogoodtogo because I'm really not in the mood to cook this evening - cheaper than a takeaway and my first 'I want' rather than an 'I need'of the month. Onwards and Upwards -  hoping that the rest of the week will grant me a few no spend days along the way.

Nah  a  spend  day  for  me   hen  feed     and   dog/cat  food 
  im  trying  to get  organised  as  having  surgery  on  my  wrist  in  2  weeks  time  so  stocking  up  as  I'll be  outta  action  for  a  while   and  wont  be  able  to  drive
