Thanks both. So with that in mind, on the day am I expected to read out my WS word for word? Or to just summarise my key points and evidence? I'm thinking specifically in reference to 'abuse of process' and the Semark-Jullien case etc is extremely wordy...0

Summarise , ask questions , try reading some of the dozens of court reports on here to see what others say and did , it's not like you are the first or only one defending a court claim
No you don't read it word for word , you assume everyone has read everything prior to the hearing , even if it's just before. , Many legals receive it the night before2 -
