This is the draft order that I used:

Hence I said "or the court didnt use it"
They didnt use it. 
See what others suggest. When was the hearing planned for?

Hearing is planned on 12th March. I am still waiting for the court confirmation about the N279 just in case I need to attend still and issue my bundle.

I would definitely write to the court because their Order makes NO mention of costs at all. You ask that as the claimant hasdiscontinued that they are liable for your costs up that point, namely the set aside hearing fee at .,..
There is a CPR about that - look it up.

I assume I have to post a letter rather than email it and I also assume it is for the attention of the District Judge.

Random question and I don't know if you know the process or the answer and I am sorry if it is inappropriate to ask here... once the courts confirm the N279 form, do you know if I need to do anything to get my CCJ set aside so it does not appear on my credit file and do you know how long that will take?

The court already set aside the judgment
Why bother with a letter? YOu have the email addy for the court.

The only email address I have used is the  CCBC one for the fees (ccbcfees@justice.gov.uk). I also don't have an email address for my local court where my hearing will take place.
