If it's just court processing and they say they've got it, i'd do nothing. Waste of time.

    Hi all,
The judge has set up a new hearing to discuss the costs which I requested via my costs order which I requested last month. My letter to the courts is in previous post on this forum but it follows the standard template.
Apart from supplying my contact details as outlined in page 2, is there anything else I need to provide, do or supply?
Do you have any advice for hearing as it is quite new to me and any support would be much appreciated?
I can also confirm that the previous hearing was vacated via the Claimants "Notice of Discontinuation".

Wage slips, receipts or similar proof of monies (or leave) lost as a result of the set aside hearing.  That's about it.  It's great you have this hearing.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A bit of an update, CEL have emailed me (not in a letter or anything) to say they will pay the costs (via a cheque) that I requested. Is an email acceptable way to agree this and if I do accept it, what is the process for stopping the hearing going ahead?
    Thanks,
    Jay

E-mail is perfectly acceptable in these times.  Keep a copy of both theirs and your reply.  I assume if you respond in the affirmative, CEL will process the required action to stop the case.
