Eon website difficulty

Having trouble with eons website.
Refuses my password but link to reset isn't working either. Now claims I'm locked out.
Can't get through on phone, no response on social media, no email address. Been trying for 3 weeks now
Starting process to move house and really need access to my account as have smart meters and no clue what my meter readings are.
Any suggestions.

Just read the meters on the wall, or use the IHD (the portable shiny toy).

have you checked your email spam folder for the password reset link?
take the meter readings as suggested too - maybe take a photo of them

Happens to me a lot, particularly on iPad, had to delete app then reload, also refuses password.
Try on other devices if possible for some unknown reason works on others.

Remember to take meter readings the day you move in and to register immediately with the incumbent supplier(s), you can't take your existing supplier with you.
Don't let anyone else read the meters for you (except an official meter reader), insist on doing it yourself and taking a photo or video.  Don't forget the water meter.
If you don't know who the new suppliers are, you can find out now by asking your DNO, and by using Find My Gas Supplier.

Morning bodsmum and welcome to the forums.

Good information on the thread so thank you guys. I agree check spam, have you got the latest browser, try a different device if you can.

We have been really busy lately, but the Social Media guys are certainly not that far behind, they have a Home Moves team as well. So please do try them. There is also a form that you can use on the website, just click moving home on the drop down list.

As Gerry1 has said it's really important to take the meter reads from the date that you stop being responsible for the property.

If you're struggling to read your meters, there is a few videos of how to do this, also on the website.

    Thank you

Reset links were coming through but Eon website not letting me progress to reset it.
    Tried 4 different devices.
Not possible to read own meter as Smart meter and blank digital reading. Monitor thingy hasn't worked properly from day 1, always shows much higher daily usage than comes through on the bill.
Unfortunately not possible to use any of the online resources due to being unable to access the website. 😕
3 weeks and 4 days and eventually got access to the website and will check daily now until we move
Have always taken Eon with me on the last 4 house moves but sadly won't be doing this time as has been such a debacle and being sent round and round in loops.
