Thanks

Personally I would wait for the verdict , checking if that ntk was POFA compliant or not in the meantime
It could also be classed as a major keying error so check what the BPA CoP says about that , a £20 charge , not £602 -
Thank you Reed.
You are right I can be £20. Let’s see what the verdict comes back as.Thank you all.0 -

If they issue a popla code or the £60 , reply with the relevant clause stating that it was a major keying error and offering £20 , or you will complain about it to the BPA AOS team
Bear in mind ECP have no idea what happened at this time
You still have not told us if the NTK PCN complied with POFA (if it was a postal notice , not a windscreen PCN)2 -

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If I wait till the verdict will my charges increase in any form? Or will it still be max £100? And if they take the BPA clause is agreed - it comes down to £20 is this correct?0

Yes it probably does. You do realise you don't ''have to pay'' though...and could see this through to appeal, then court, and NO CCJ IS RISKED AT ALL?
As we have seen this at least twice on this forum, is it that the name of the car park on the app looks far too similar? I would also complain to the app provider and state that this has happened to more than one person, and ask what can be done to make the car park providers clearer.
Can you show us a screenshot of what the two car park names look like on the app?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
