@1505grandad you are right.  It has slipped such a long way down the forum!  I know I did have discourse about making it an announcement but nothing came of it.  At least now, with your help, the OP can just click on the link you provided, although I always make a point of adjusting the links to go to the first post of a thread (where appropriate) and the OP now has a choice of latest post (your link) or first post - this link: -

If this is just the set aside hearing (you proving that you didn't get the claim and that you have good prospects of defending the case, and acted promptly) then it could be done in 30 minutes because the rules about setting aside are clear.

This is NOT the hearing about the merits of the claim.  That one will be about an hour, in 2021, if the Claimants continue.

I have going to court in a few weeks for my set aside hearing and I am preparing for the hearing.  Do i need to submit something before the hearing? The parking management company said that they are not going to the hearing but had filled a witness statement.
