Well done on the clear out. Less stuff hopefully equals less mess and less stress. I found a few rolls of sellotape so saved a few pounds.
Kitchen was hardest as so much clutter and many little bits and bobs.
From what I see on YouTube I think I'm already minimal lol but it's just so crazy how much we have versus how much we need.
I'm really trying to stop buying online today as well but I'm so tempted to just look so have been watching declutter videos for some ideas.
Your achieving so much! Let's hope we reap the benefits after all the work on decluttering.

Well its the end of the month round up!
I was under my budgets for
Petrol
Food
So have £57 in an envelope which covers my sisters christmas pressie which in turn leaves more money in my account this month.
Big bill account is now £286
Saving up to £1162
PP Credit down to £865.58 (£65 over payment)
£15 over payment on solar panel loan and £15 OP to the mortgage.
What went really well was having taken £200 out for food at the start of the month and spreading it over the month. So will do this again in December.
Doing the November NSD challenge, which stopped me wasting money on silly little spends or impulse purchases.
What I didn't like...
Trying to OP mortgage, loan and credit. So will focus purely PP credit first.
Catching COVID... hopefully its something you don't get twice!
Happy shiny new budget for december... whats more it's only got 4 weekends in it!# 36 1p challenge 2024 - £536.60

So its day 1 of a new month!
Am having to remind myself not to go mad!
Got up at 4.30am to locate the Elf after my son mentioned he was looking forward to Elf on the shelf...
Should be back to work today! At least I'm only working at home as Son is still doing his 14 day isolation.# 36 1p challenge 2024 - £536.60

Keep going. Wow amazing save on food bill and petrol, isn't it a shame we can always find some where to reallocate the money too.

First weekend spend
Went over the £40 bidget for food but this is why I take a months worth of budget out in one go. Some weeks I'm well under and some weeks a bit over.
Filled up the car... have 30 left out of my budget but a tank does a month and I only have 2 weeks till the holidays so under budget.
Spent £75 on daft pressies for my son but thats it now.
Christmas is pretty much bought n paid for.
I checked my sons school meal account... don't need to pit any money in it this month so added this to ky targetted 50 OP. So have managed £100 so far this month!
A quiet weekend is very much in order.
Good night

Well, my son came home with a certifixate from the headteacher... so that cost me takeout pizza!
Today he's come home in tears wanting to go to another school. I think its been a rubbish year... so little out of school stuff to do, misding out on the nice stuff in school, isolation and growing up! He can't decide if Santas real or not!
I've asked school to give me call to see whats going on.# 36 1p challenge 2024 - £536.60
