Please ignore my last comment I think all channels say DTV on them0

Without power that amplifier is pretty much useless. Where is the cable marked PU going to?0

If so that suggests a weak or poor quality signal at one output. Can you disconnect TV1 or TV2 at the splitter to find out which cable feeds which room then try connecting the poor quality feed to TV3 or TV4 or swap TV1 and TV2 position on the splitter.Use the "Quote" button at the bottom of a post you are replying to so we know what you are replying to.0

Ok I will try your suggestion0 -
You need to accept that the powered amplifier was installed because the aerial provides insufficient signal to drive more than one TV.If you don't feed 12 Volts to the unit, the amplifier which would normally give an amplification of 10dB (3+ times the signal) to each of the four outputs, will act as an attenuator, drastically reducing the signal level.Without the amplifier working, the input signal from the aerial is divided between four output ports and there will also be an insertion loss due to the signal having to try to pass though circuitry that is not working, due to lack of power.Digital transmissions either have enough signal level and work or if there is insufficient signal they just don't!It really is that simple, it is not a passive splitter, so get a power supply for £10 as I linked above or scrap it and get a new amp with a power supply included in the package.YOU NEED A POWER SUPPLY!1

Any chance the room with the point that works OK is also where the $ky box was? If so, in addition to the twin shotgun satellite cable with f-plugs, is there another cable there (or an unused TV socket even) that goes to the IN of this amplifier-splitter box? (Originally from the $ky box RF2 out/return feed?)
How many other TV outlets are there in total in the dwelling?
A TV with 'antenna power' option connected to the TV1/Power UP cable will prove if that all that is needed is an aerial power supply connected to the cable to work, I'd hope? Identifying it may be a case of trial and error?
Those connections all need 'fettling' to tidy up loose strands of outer, ensure there's plenty under the saddle clamps, and keep the centre conductor as short as possible (that unscreened wallplate especially).

I can only see two tv points (living room and main bedroom).
The twin shotgun cable is coming in from the sky dish outside. The cable is on the opposite side to where the tv point is0 -
So three TV points.
Office with TV plug on. (This would seem to be connected to the outside aerial as it works.)
Lounge - unscreened socket.
Bedroom - unscreened socket.
Amp has in and two outs so likely lounge and bedroom sockets are fed from it. Input from where though? Unless the aerial has an external passive splitter box to feed both the loft box and office?
Still until you play with TVs having 'antenna power' options on the bedroom and lounge in turn, or buy a power supply and do the same, we'll never know if it works as is or needs more expert attention. Replacing the amp with a modern one and fitting F-plugs on all connections except those into the receivers would be OK - but might not fix the problem? (Although would allow the power to be on any input, probably.)
