OP, is this gas or electricity? You can't transpose gas meter readings direct to kWh, only electric.
If these are electricity readings and this is an all-electric house, then the readings are unfeasibly low for nearly a year's usage.

That's a really good point. I assumed electricity based on the 2,300kWh figure.

@Pnokio 2097 in 330 days is about 2500 KWh  a year .  Put that figure into Citizens Advice and see what choices you get.
Assuming those consumptions are from ACTUAL readings.
me suppliers seem to get some odd figures for the Estimated Annual Consumptions.
These readings are genuine. I put my current DD into CAB and was given an estimate of £32.44.
    Will try KWH later.

@BarbS -  can you set up a new thread please otherwise responses will get confused with @Pnokio 's question..

When you do could you attach the photo's ?  Has your meters been changed - it may simply be that their records haven't been updated. Check the serial numbers on the meters and on the bills.
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

You still haven't told us: is this for gas or electricity?
DD amounts are useless for comp sites, unless the monthly DD payment exactly matches your actual usage.
