They have to prove their claim , plus prove they are chasing the correct person for the correct reasons
The issues over the PCN and original court claim are nothing to do with your set aside
It should name the parking company , so a SAR will flush out all documents and pictures and data etc , including any where it was multiple visits , known as double dipping , so you want ALL photos taken2 -
So do you think there is no need to add anything to my application yet as right now the application isn't about the claim itself, right?
I'm currently quite relieved that I finally know what the claim is about and that I know to 100% that this claim isn't true.
At least I know that we haven't done anything wrong.
The only question is if a judge will see this.0 -
Sorry, just one more question: Would it make sense if I would talk to the manager of the Asian supermarket if he has still his CCTV of June 2019 (I doubt it anyway) and could provide me with CCTV?0

No reason why you cannot get more information from that shop , but the CCTV is unlikely , be gone long ago IMHO , even if it could be obtained under data protection , which I doubt a member of the public could get
All this evidence gathering is good , but only if the set aside is granted
The second hearing is where all this can be thrashed out , so come back with the set aside results and subsequent live court claim2 -
I'm not sure if you've told us who the PPC is, can you do so now, now you've had the information from the CCBC, please? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Not a hope about cctv
You can of course point out that DOUBLE DIP is a well known flaw in ANPR. Do a search on the forum.3 -
It's now nearly a month since I required a SAR from the parking company and I still didn't get a reply back.
Is there anything I can do?
In the meantime I got a letter from my local County court that they will deal with my application after the County Court that has entered my CCJ has sent it over to them, but no update since.
