CCJ without my knowledge

Hello.
I'm wondering if someone could help me regarding an unfair entered CCJ.
I moved with my wife and our kids from Germany to Leicester about 1.5 years ago. Yesterday I applied for 0% interest financing at IKEA and this has been declined due to a bad credit score. This didn't make any sense to me, so I have checked my credit score online and there it says that on the 4th September 2020 a County Court Judgment has been issued. The amount is £297 and I had no idea what this was about. Also it tells my previous address where I have lived from March till September 2019 after we moved to the UK. The CCJ has been issued by "County Court Business Centre". I checked for this online and called them today. They told me that the reason for the CCJ was an unpaid parking fine from "Civil Enforcement Ltd" in Liverpool. I have told the court that I have never heard anything about this company and neither did I get any mail from the court itself. They said this has been sent to the address I have lived till September 2019, so I never got any information about this matter. They said if I wanna make an appeal I have to pay £255 prior to appealing which I simply can't afford. I am seriously shocked and don't know if there is anything I could do now to clear my credit score.
Kind regards.

If you cant afford it, then you may get help with fees. Have a look at it yourself. Gov.uk website.
Have you found and read the newbies thread? Simple yes or no. If no, then head there. It gives you the full run down on the set aside procedure for CCJs2 -

To be honest I have never used a forum before, found this forum after a recommendation.
The problem I have with paying these fees is that it sounds absolutely wrong to me that I just have to accept paying for something although I haven't done anything wrong.0 -
The stickies/newbies will answer all or nearly all of your questions. It would therefore be wise to read them. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

Sorry, I don't wanna be funny, but I really can't find the thread on my phone.
Could anyone post the link here?

Go back to where you found the New Thread button earlier.
The NEWBIES thread is one of the first five threads found in the list of threads there - the one with the word NEWBIES in capitals in the thread title.

Well the court thinks you ignored them, hence why they found against you. You didnt file a defence.
The fee is to pay a judge to look at why you ignored them, and to determine if you deserve to have the judgement set aside. It has a cost, because otherwise people would waste the courts time. Its a barrier. But as you have been told, see if you qualify for help with fees, and do it now. Dont ask, do.
You may get that application fee back there and then, assuming you get your set aside granted.
You also need to understand that a set aside is not a hearing on the underlying claim. It is purely about whether you have grounds to set aside the judgement. This is one of two grounds - mandatory (CPR13.2) or courts discretion (CPR13.3).
You must start reading up on this, today. You must have worked out what course you are taking, and made the application, by the start of next week. You are under a strict responsibilty to act promptly and if you fail to do so, the application is refused. Your one chance, gone.3 -

All these things are just too much for me. I have never dealt with anything like that and to be honest, I can't believe that something like this is possible in any justice system. Someone can make a claim against you without any proof and without giving you any notice and afterwards YOUR life is destroyed and you can't get any finance or house anymore and have to pay a massive amount to them but your life is still damaged for 6 years although you haven't done anything wrong?
I have done an online application for court fees, but have no idea if I will get this.
I don't understand most of the legal stuff I have read and I still have no idea what I have to do now to come out of this mess.
