the Client will instruct them to issue a County Court Judgement.
Is that literally what they have said?
    Yes
Highly doubtful, as of course they cannot issue a judgment. They can ask a court for one. Please show us the response

So they say that the "time for dispute has passed and no further dispute will be accepted" and then follow it by "It is important you respond to the reply form sent to you by 24th Oct (this email is from today 27th Oct). Before threatening with CCJ.
The question is, did QDR act out the part of "The Mad Hatter" in "Alice in Wonderland"

That is going to be a great letter to produce as an exhibit in court as evidence of aggeressive and unreasonable pre-action threats.

You know that claimants can't just ''issue a CCJ''?!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Why is a firm of solicitors misleading a litigant in person by saying that they can just apply for a CCJ?

Because coupon they are called QDR, part of Wright Hassall and the scam called WHOPLA

They only time they learn is when they are kicked out of court .... that though only last for minutes.

    "Per GOV.UK:-

    "Overview

You may get a county court judgment (CCJ) or high court judgment.................."

Wonder why they have included middle "e" in the "J"  -  as they are a professional outfit etc.

It is the preferred spelling in International Agreements.
