ALL letters/emails sent and received in relation to this matter, whether they be to myself or to any other individual, company or entity
A PDT machine record from xx xxxx 2019, of payments made at xxxx (Parking booked on the App, should I say that instead)
A full copy of the PCN you issued against me
ALL data held including a note of times I entered and departed xxxx on xx xxxx 2019
ALL and any other data which you hold on me, relating to parking or any dealings that Saba Parking Ltd has had with me, whatsoever they may be.

You won't get all photographs taken as they do not all relate to you as the data subject.  You will only get data relating to you and your vehicle.

Is this a railway car park and were these PENALTY or PARKING charge notices?

Were they issued more than 6 months ago?

How funny that the letter writer can't even be arsed to type the PPCs' name into the letter.

Of course QDR can't start a claim for ZZPS.  These companies are horrific and I cannot wait for them to be regulated, or removed from their limpet-like grip on the parking sector.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) and The car park is at Leighton Buzzard Train Station. This car park is apparently the "new car-park" and is "privately owned". Not sure if the Bylaws apply to this car park as it is "privately owned".
The PCN's are from Nov 2019 and POPLA rejected my Appeal in Feb 2020

Should I still reply to the Formal Claim Letter from QDR? If yes, do I need to say anything specific in my reply?
    Thanks a lot

Yes , it's in the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , in post 2 , have you not read it ?

Reply to Qdr to deny the alleged debt and to state that you are obtaining debt management advice so to place the matter on hold !!

Do not fill in any financial forms

If it is privately owned ?? ( check with the council regarding business rates , or the land registry ) then it's not a rail station car park and not covered by bylaws , it's a private car park convenient to the station , where parking charge notices apply

Bylaws do not apply to privately owned car parks

If it's a network rail station , it's administered by the TOC and bylaws do apply

Hmmm...do you know who the landowner is?  Train Operating company?  If so, then railway byelaws apply.

Update: I had sent a SAR request to the Car Park Operator and have received the data they hold. I have also replied to the solicitors saying that I am seeking advice and to keep further actions on hold. I will go down to the station and take some pics (to see if it is covered under bylaws).
What are the next steps from here on, please?
