I'm a Worcestershire girl.  Your house is very sweet and appears nicely done, but I think it's overpriced.

There's no getting away from the fact that it is small.  It's the size of a nice 2 bed with an upstairs bathroom.

In Worcester itself there's a huge choice of much larger houses.  Granted they're mainly newer but then you can also buy character property in more chocolate box locations.

If I were looking in that price range, I wouldn't view it.   What it looks like inside wouldn't swing it for me.  It doesn't have the location to justify that sort of price tag, despite its charm.

I'd be either going for a bigger house in a practical city location (family home) or something small and charming in a village location (no kids).  Your location is a bit of a halfway house.

My friend is in the process of buying a brand new 3 bed detached in the city for a bit less than yours.  He's a FTB and has the government help schemes available to him, which ended up swinging it.  Not fair on anyone but the developers, but there you go.
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Road and your neighbours (if the property next door is still the same as on the street view).
It's a lovely house and well presented, if a little expensive (but obviously not massively if people are viewing). The junction and the fact your neighbours clearly take no pride in their home would bother me more than anything, as you can't change those!
