How large are the grounds?  I was trying to work out how far back they went and whether a selling point for that property might be larger grounds than the houses other posters have mentioned.

I’m wondering why people are looking but not taking it any further? I probably would not look, given that I don’t like busy roads. Is it possible that people are being misled by the incorrect street view on rightmove? So, they turn up for the viewing and only then realise that it is on a busy road?

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
  • Have the neighbours got a scrap yard in the back garden?  Old cars or something?  The house nextdoor does look derelict.

    3. Colour of house is not as nice as next door's white----and, in any case, any two different colours are a bit aesthetically displeasing.
:#  Check out next doors "white" on the streetview someone posted !

the map is incorrect, plot goes all the way back to the pointed tip, the line where they have cut it off is an easement, no idea why they have done that

    anyway once again thanks all

I have always felt Alan Morris overvalue property, they are a good agent though. I would reduce to £275,000 personally and expect to get over £260,000.
