Why would you ever send anything further to the CCBC?
They arent dealing with it any longer!
It is costs . Never call it anything else.
How are you claiming such costs? Have you shown the claimants behaviour to be "unreasonable" pursuant to CPR27.14(2)(g)?
Why are you not claiming attendance of hearing ("ordinary" costs)? Capped at £95 for lolss of leave OR loss of pay, MUST BE EVIDENCED.
Why for the costs above have you done it all on a single line? I would split into 3 assesments - draft defence, draft WS and exhibits, researching defence. That way you break £190 into 3 smaller amounts that are harder to argue about2
