Received a letter from CCBC that the claim has been transferred to the court I'd requested.

Received a mail from my local country court stating:
Upon reading the court file and noting that no Claimant response received to order of <date>
    IT IS ORDERED THAT
    1. It is declared that the claim is struck out
    2. Judgement for the defendant
    3. Claimant to pay Defendant's costs to the subject to a detailed assessment.
Obviously, I was elated to see this. I am glad this ended before I had to pen down my witness statement. Hoewever a few questions,
Is this now officially the end of the story?.
Can the PPC open a new claim later on?
Do I need to keep updating the PPC if I move home upto the period of six years?

I am grateful to all the members who continue supporting members like me <3

It is over and the scammers can't have another go for the same parking event.

You absolutely must send a detailed assessment of your costs. Nothing extravagant, but cost of 'phone call, stationery, reasonable time for research and creating a defence as a litigant in person at the court appointed rate of £19/h. The worst that can happen is that it won't get approved by the courts, or may get capped at £95.
The sooner you do it, the sooner you will get the scammer's money in your skyrocket.
I married my cousin. I had to...

I have typed word by word from the letter, except for the first sentence which named the judge and the county court

You now need to provide the court with a detailed assessment of your costs - and of course send a copy to the Claimant.
Search the NEWBIES thread for the word assessed using Ctrl+F to find two example cost assessments.

The below is what I am planning to file as my expenses. Note: I did not have to write my witness statement or drive to the court as it all ended before hearing.

Research, preparation and drafting documents (10 hours at Litigant in Person rate of £19 per hour): £190
    Stationary, printing, photocopying: £15
    Total Expenses: £205
The previous communication I received was from my local county court. How do I send the defendant's cost?
Do I email it to CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk?

Send it to your local court for the attention of (by name) the Judge delivering the judgment.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
