surely it’s sold by now ? I had 2 offers on Saturday afternoon, over the asking and going to final sealed bids tomorrow. Only went back on the market on Tuesday. Mines nothing special0

@Crashy_Time - we went under offer 3 times for £275k. Final time was November and no chain, but even so took until last week to finally complete (everything is going so slowly).2
