Do the appeals for the sake of it.
Do the IAS appeal and state you didn't leave site and for them to upload the evidence. People don't normally recommend IAS appeals but for this it's always worth just for the silly decisions.
There is another retail in town round here which premier park do the whole walking of site rubbish but I cant think of its name, think its the other of town near footy ground
I agree with Brown Trout although it's not usually recommended.

IAS do not usually upheld appeals however the PPC has to respond and if they don't the motorist's case is upheld by default. During the pandemic there are staff on furlough etc. so they may not respond.

PPC's are not turning up at courts at the moment, dropping cases at the last minute and not answering phones. They are all over the place so worth a go as they may not respond. I would view it as preparation for the defence stage and not have any expectations.
    Thirded. :)
I'm getting a message saying the PCN number is not recognised and I need to contact the operator that issued the charge.
Have you appealed to UKCPS yet?  You can't access the IAS stage unless you've already been rejected bu the parking company. Use the blue text template from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, first post. Don't add to or alter it.
UKCPS have rejected the first appeal, do I now move onto IAS?
No, you move on to following the guidance in the NEWBIES thread.

You already know from the NEWBIES thread, and every other UKCPS thread you read...not to try the kangaroo court.

Please don't ask what your next step is.  KeithP has told you.

for this site/type of case though i would appeal to the IAS , just deny leaving site and state there is no evidence of this, and then see what they come back with (or if they concede etc...)

Actually that is a plan.  Especially if the person appeals with proof of purchase (and denies leaving the site).

@C@Coupon-mad, you did agree with the proposition on 11/10, given that furlough and other logistics might make it impossible for UKCPS to put together an evidence pack for the IAS, generating a default win. I don't think there's much to lose to test this out.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Cheers Umkomaas, I never look back on previous pages!

The OP needs to re-read all the advice then and only ask questions that are not already answered.

Do I just write it as simply as that or is their a template.

    Write this, keep it simple
appeal as the keeper or driver (which ever you did in the original appeal) and just say this
The driver (or keeper) never left site whilst parked here, the operator has provided no evidence of the keeper (or driver) leaving site and the burden of proof lies on the operator to prove their case.
Thats it and see what happens.....
