Happy birthday ASB xx. I hope your students spoil you rotten.
Hair cut at lunchtime. I have checked that all is ok to go ahead. Then back to small town to pick up DD from school.
DW emptied, WUDUPA to tidy up the kitchen. Bathrooms cleaned woot wooty woot. Towels washed and blowing on the line for as long as the rain holds off. I hate my freezer - how can I take things out and then the drawers won’t shut again. Brute force and all that wins the day.Next job is to get the vacuum cleaner out just round the LR, but DH is on yet another work call.8 -
Breakfast eaten
Floors hoovered throughout, including Rosie's fluffy mat
Kitchen and hall floors steam mopped
Still not dressed- that's next!

Downstairs vacuumed except the DR. Cloakroom and kitchen mopped. Gross. Mop and bucket soaking in bleach, also the toilet brushes soaking. Went out (without handbag, why??) to drop off some books and post a parcel...no mask, no key, as both are in handbag. Duh. Aborted the trip when I got to the PO, but had to text DH to let me back in the house. Now having coffee, in the hope that it will help me to engage brain...8

- send emails and make phonecalls to other friends
- lunch will be mushroom omelette
- DH has his clinic appointment at 2.30
- Rosie's walk
- post cards on the way to....
- ...flu jabs (for which I have dressed appropriately with a sleeveless top under my pullover, brrrrr!)

Sorry guys, the food poisoning is not food poisoning after all, the temperature has been creeping over 101 today and I have a headache, as well as fever and chills.
So as I'm not going to be around due to not being well, Dave is just about to take me to our local hospital for a test, which will get fast tracked, and then the Covid team will be in touch with me.
I'm going to put the rest of the week up.
I meant to say earlier Dizzy I'm so sorry to hear about your mum. Sending you lots of love💘

Spent much of today coughing up a lung and wheezing like a train..
We had Jazzles from about 10:30.. OH filled the car with tip stuff. then we had lunch, trundled to hospital to pick up Moomins shoes from orthotics, went to tesco.. deposited CS bag in the bins there.. came home to put shopping away.. Took Jazzles to school with us and handed him back while we picked up ours pinks.. went to the tip and disposed of a bathroom cabinet and a mattress and a million cardboard boxes.
I have a bit of space on the landing now which I am trying to decide what to do with it.
I do need an Ikea trip.. I need some doors and OH need glass bottles and theirs are pretty and there are a few other bits I want too. but that needs to start with a lottery win lol (can't afford a ticket)considering a secured loan to get the big house repairs done.. It is looking expensive and I only have one quote! £400 for bderoom and £250 or £1200 for pointing.
Pack ups and DW and TD and uniforms sorted
