I'm not bothered, so long as I don't hear from the Quack today or tomorrow.
More trellis today; it's cold out there!

I have to have blood tests every 3 months. After struggling to find any veins and ending up like a pincushion on one occasion, I was advised by the phlebotomist to drink lots of fluids for 24 hours prior to the blood test to stay hydrated. This apparently inflates the veins, making them easier to find . Maybe a trick for the future?2 -
Thanks. Never had a problem before, but I think her technique may have been too wimpish. No marks or bruises at all today and I can't even see where she went in.1

My educational support bubble popped back to where they originated after the last Zoom lesson of the week. I'm currently recovering.......While the sun still shone, we drove down to the nearest good fish & chip shop and had lunch in the car.
It wasn't long before my roving eyes picked up Darmera peltata in bloom on a piece of waste ground betwixt car park and footpath, so a few of those came home with me. Highly invasive
, but I have just the spot!
Bucketed down on the way home, but my queue outside for the f&c was in the sunshine. Frost expected again tonight, so treacherous roads to follow I expect.2 -
Spring is in the air...watched a pair of great tits (no...not that sort!
) checking out the nesting hole I made a few years back when repointing the old wall. And the jackdaws are making quite a ruckus in our hollow ash tree and the neighbours chimneys. I took advantage of a lull in the weather to go out for my daily lockdown walk, which is an eight mile loop round the nearest hill. Unfortunately a blizzard hit just at the four mile point when I was heading back into the wind and I arrived home looking like a snowman.

We have had snow, which is sticking and more due so no gardening today. But my crocus plants have mostly come up and there are a few buds. Daffodils also in bud but they are looking a bit frost-nipped. We are surrounded by trees and they look beautiful, covered in snow.I was jumping to conclusions and one of them jumped back3

No snow here, hard overnight frost though, good spot on the Darmera Dave, I had to look them up and realise I've seen them about but never knew the nameWe "may" get snow tomorrow, be our first but being near the coast more likely to be rain this far south, camera is on standby though just in caseEight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens2

Hi lovelies 🐈
Light covering of snow revealed itself as the dark is lifting 🌨️
It looks very pretty. After a warm cuppa will venture out and make sure the birds have some fresh water and food to eat. I can see the blackbird hopping about looking my way (through the window) looking inquisitively on the bird table in the hope that he'll find some sultanas there! He'll have to wait a while lol
Hope you are all well 🤗Just my opinion, no offence 🐈1
