Which weather sites or apps do people find most accurate? Ironically accuweather doesn't seem all that.

Able to pinpoint your location plus ideal as it has radar images which means you can see rain etc on the way, wrap up warm or whatever

    Today's gardening :)

I’ll be watching Gardeners’ World tonight, part of it is at Hillier winter gardens over at Romsey, which I’ve been to many a time so be interesting to see what they mention

Here's one I took there a bit back

Love beautiful bark. And I watched the winter garden with interest but found many of the beautiful things to big for effect in my small plot.
There may be a reprieve for the cream rose that went brown in rain that I bought as it looks like it may be evergreen which is a bonus.
Still mild though a chill breeze.
I got carried away and bought some primrose like  primulas and tete a tete in bloom to cheer me up and look to spring. I'll plant them up. Half the price of the pots they had which was where I got the idea  :)

I use the met office site and sometimes back it up with the BBC. They are run by different companies

The weather was unseasonably warm and the scent of this daphne was so strong I had to step back after taking the picture.

    So beautiful.
I tried to get one for my Christmas present but there were none. Don't fancy travelling to another area right now.

I'm not sure how to link to youtube but this might work? Nebraska retiree uses earths's heat to grow oranges in snow - YouTube

If not hunt for Ross Finch - growing citrus in the snow. And think how you might bury pipes 8 foot deep?

Lol!  I'm also a sucker for this type of video - until I remember that Omaha, Nebraska is on the same latitude as Barcelona, while in US terms, I'm nearer the latitude of Juneau, Alaska!   Winter day length and cloudy skies are our main limitations!

Thanks for that info Apodemus. Even the West Country can't match that.
Wonderful garden though, very clever. I could live with that.
