Awful weather - typical Brits talk

Good crop of medlars Dusty 🙂 look beautiful. Are they yours?

I like the jelly, I just don't like making it.

Did very little today to make up for all the effort I've put in lately. I did clean inside the windows so now you can see the filth outside better 🙄. Wonder why I didn't do the outside? There is the most beautifully made cobweb. Perfect. I can't bring myself to destroy such good work.😇

Wet tomorrow here until I'm obliged to be inside. That's how winter goes. Disappointed I missed the triathlon or the pony roundup. Hopefully next year.

I wondered why they were in large groups on the moor last week. They must know they were about to be gathered.

Dusty Medlar jelly anyone?😊

Hmm, OH enquired after our medlar crop this year, it is surprisingly good, but not a patch on yours Dusty. And there are three tubs of previous years' medlar pulp in the freezer…😖

GW - vote in the Impecunious household is with Frances, and has been for some time…

Mostly sunny today, after a cloudy start which prevented frost from forming, plus a chilly breeze, but OK for planting garlic this afternoon, and photoing gorse on (relatively) nearby hilltop walk this morning…

Vote for Frances here too Less. Although they’d given her some very unflattering makeup this week which was a distraction.

All I’ve managed this weekend is sowing some wildflower seeds in the orchard.
