Also, I don't have RBS but I am very happy with NatWest which I understand should be very similar. The NatWest app on iPad and also on Android smartphone is also excellent.0 -

Currently in the process of switching from TSB to HSBC. I wouldn't describe it as painful yet but it is incredibly slow. Switching for the incentive and access to the regular saver at 2.75%.
