Has anyone actually paid into this yet. Is everyone sure this is a legit website?
Seems to good to be true but i have checked bank details and checked FCA website and cant find fault. Just feel there is something not quite right about this and trials for a beta app. I have been selected as a 3% customer so just seems to good to be true.
Same here mate. Got an email that I am one of those 100, asked Tandem aupport about this offer. Yet that "too good to be true" feeling bothers me. What did you check on FCA website?

Hi. I checked the company registration numbers match those on Tandem web site and that the phone number matches which it does. Also checked the Prudential Regulation Authority site and it also matched. I have since contacted them through their chat facility on Tandem website and they confirmed it is legit. I called the Tandem phonenumber and they also advised it is legit. Everytime I log into the app i get a secirity code to input before i can get in to the app. I have transferred £1.00 and the bank confirmed it was going into Tandem Bank. I also got a text to say Tandem had received £1.00. I don't know that there is anything more I could do to confirm it is all legit.

Like I said in my previous post, users like yourself with low post count don't give me any confidence in the Company and does the opposite.
Wait, you spoke to them on the phone and in the chat and they told you they were 'legit'!! :o:open_mouth: That is more than enough evidence they are, we can stop this thread right now!
If they weren't legit I would've thought they would open up and just say no we are scammers to you, on the phone and in the chat

I'm sorry you feel that for some reason people with less than 50 posts don't warrant comments on this page. How did you manage to get yo your count! Sarcasm is also the lowest form of wit. I haven't said that i feel this is legit yet and am merely advising the steps i have taken so far for others to read who are also uncertain. If you've not got anything nice to say then just say nothing.

    It's 100 percent kosher.
Have emailed and spoke to Tandem directly.
Opened the account, funded it, transfers show in the account in minutes.
It's simple, if you're happy, invest your money. If you're not confident, give it a miss and move on😃

    Hi John,

    Thanks for contacting Tandem,

I can confirm the email you have received is a beta app invite for the new Tandem app, which we have offered our customer to sign up to, and receive 1.4% AER on a 1 year fixed savings account, or 3% AER for the first 100 customers.

To participate in the beta you'd need to download the app as per instructions in the email and register for a new account.

If you have any other questions in regards to the beta, please do not hesitate to reach our dedicated beta team by email on queries@tandem.co.uk

Hope this information helps, and clarifies. Meanwhile, have a great day!
