Sadly, I suspect you're right again. But it's worth one more try, just in hope that we and MSE can sort things. If not, I guess most of us will probably move on. But I miss the comping old days here so much.

I've managed to enter loads of competitions from this site since Feb, so "unfit for purpose" seems a bit over dramatic

This version is much less efficient to use compared to the old one and has fewer of the available competitions posted on it so on a comparable basis with the old one I consider it close to unfit for purpose.

We just wanted to say thanks to you all for collectively raising these issues.

We are aware there are still various bugs on our new Forum, both on Competitions Time and the wider Forum, which we are working on getting fixed as soon as we can.

To help us find out more about the specific issues on Competitions Time, we have spoken to Blulu. Together we are asking for your help. We need one person who knows exactly what all the technical issues on Competitions Time are to liaise with us and the Board Guides about the problems. You know best about these particular boards and your help would be greatly appreciated.

Rest assured, we are listening to you all and will continue to be all ears as we work our way through these issues. Your feedback is very much appreciated and acknowledged. Thank you SOOOOO much to Laura and the MSE team.

Just in case anyone is wondering, I honestly believe that I would not be the best one to be the main point of contact with MSE over this. I know my strengths and weaknesses and I'm quite sure that someone else would do a better job. So I very much hope that someone else will have the confidence to take on this role.

Having said that, I would always be happy to help in any way I could, so if the person who takes this on would like an 'assistant', I would happily volunteer for that.

I am very grateful to you all for your responses to this petition.

I also have faith and confidence in MSE, that they will do what they can to help us. It may not happen overnight, but I have assured them, on behalf of most of us, that we will wait patiently and gratefully for them to help us improve the forum to make it once again the fabulous comping platform it used to be. The most important thing we ask is that they keep us posted as regards to how the changes are progressing.

They are a small team, and clearly dealing with Coronavirus won't have exactly helped in any of this. So thank you MSE for being there for us, listening to us and for such a positive and kind response.

It feels like we're all in this together, and that's what I love most about MSE.
