And, following that thought. If I did lose and settle at court - could I avoid a CCJ. Or is the loss in court the same as a CCJ? Thanks

Do you think we put anyone at risk of a CCJ? Of course we don't.
Obviously losing in court doesn't mean a CCJ. I say 'obviously' not because people should know (because you wouldn't know) but why do you think we tell people to defend? BECAUSE THERE IS NO RISK. If you lose, you pay within 30 days. NO CCJ.
