It's great to get new revelations via an 'important note' for the forum'. Good to have newbies looking out for us. Eureka!morganbach75 said:Important note for you forum if this is new restriction? The online submission only allows ca. 120 lines which is half the above. Really not much. Going to contact the court to see if they'll accept electronically as prefer to avoid snail-mail...Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

So I've received a Notice to Proceed after about four months of silence, which I can't find a direct reference to under that name in the newbie thread. Is this just another last minute waiving of papers trying to get me to settle, or does this require action? Thanks0

Last minute waving of papers by the claimant
If you haven't done the DQ yet , check your MCOL claim history , see if it's been posted , if yes , download it , fill it in and email to the ccbcaq email address and also email to the wi*** waivers too , CCBC plus claimant
If you have already done the DQ N180 form , wait for court orders from your nominated local court4 -
Excellent. Thought so. Will recheck DQ N180 that I'm sure was the last thing I uploaded and wait for court orders. Assuming if I get these, it means they are actually willing to progress to court? Does this need to be declared on mortgages/ loans etc. whilst pending in this way?
Thanks0 -
Do you actually have a CCJ against your name? If not, NO, you do not need to tell any mortgage broker (or anybody else for that matter) about an unresolved speculative invoice. If you do, they will find out if you apply for credit (and other such things) when they do a credit check.morganbach75 said:Excellent. Thought so. Excellent. No, 45 years of a clear name, this nonsense aside ...1

No it doesn't mean they are willing to go to court , it means they are prepared to play the game , they can duck out at any time , they have fees to pay , they could discontinue just before any court hearingmorganbach75 said:Excellent. So like poker they could have a bad hand but may fold a long way into the game itself , not on the first go around
If you lose in court , pay in full , asap , to avoid any issues to your credit rating
And as mentioned above , no you don't have to declare anything at all , to anyone4
