Pretty similar to ASB - work done, some (not all) dailies. I can’t get excited about a super early night, as that guarantees me a space in the WAC.DH is back on the phone for work. DD is still studying, first exam is tomorrow. I have a cuppa and am trying to get motivated to actually do something for the next couple of hours.6

Pigpen good luck to Meem. It is 8 weeks since I saw my boy, and that was a two night visit with GF so I didnt get chance to chat to him properly, 13 weeks since he went back to the big city. I miss him sooo much, not sure if that's because of Covid and because everything feels so strange. Goodness knows when he will be home again.
Tough day at work, one person in particular being difficult and they managed to make me feel a bit small. Trying to rise above it. Chilli made for tea, LR hoovered and dusted, washing dried outside. Must book flu jabs tomorrow, keep forgetting.
See you all tomorrow x8 -
Pots washed inc. jam pan (very easy really - soaks off). Bramble Jelly has set beautifully. Lots of tidying/shifting carp done. TV box folded, I have an errand near the tip tomorrow so I'm planning on taking it and the old TV Quite pleased with what I have managed to get done, house looks much better.
Bathroom tomorrow. My towels already in WM.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Good evening!
After my flying frenzy on Saturday I took 2 bags to the CS & walked the dog. Then DH & DS returned home. I have not done much since! DH said 'wow' when he went in the bedroom 😊 (that hasn't happened for a while! 😂 )
DH has spent the last 2 days cleaning up & putting away the stuff from their camping trip, but I think it is all done, including cleaning my car. There still seems to be odds & sods hanging around though, including wet shoes.
Today we did a food shop - was not as bad as I thought it would be - and I cleared some dead stuff from the pots in the front garden, which I then took to the allotment to add to the compost. Picked a few bits & turned the compost before heading home.
Other than that, not much has been done, except painting small wooden toys. I have been spending lately on loose parts play - wooden balls, rings & little people. I am painting them rainbow colours, because it is cheerful & makes me happy! 😁🌈 I hope the children like them!
Hugs to those that need them. Night night everyone!7 -
YL.. Meem will be back and forth constantly I am sure. Moomin has utterly gutted the bedroom and made it very much her own

Did Zoom webinar.
Had long Zoom coffee with friend.
Covered 2 shoeboxes with Christmas paper (Mr N did the 3rd as I'm so messy and poorly coordinated with anything crafty - the masks finished me off yesterday!) ready for charity boxes. Checked what presents we had already, checked pamphlet of suggestions and wrote a list of what we have to buy.
Put sewing machine etc away from yesterday as we will need the dining room table tomorrow when my brother is here....once I've cleared the charity stuff off. Sigh.
Did drumming lesson which turned out much better than I'd feared; it's really frustrating having nothing except bongos to practice on and I don't like to pester the vicar - last week he said I could use the ones in the chapel 'very soon'.
Checked greenhouse, collected tomatoes.
wudupa.
Started getting paperwork together for assessment on Wed.
The plumbers/heating/range men did not turn up or contact us; very disappointing as, apart from the fact we are getting desperate, they have a very good reputation locally and sounded very good on the phone. Hope they have a good excuse tomorrow.

Rabbits away. Birthday gift moved into DR, place where gift should go checked, various bottles, cocktail shaker et al boxed for delivery to DS. Cupboard now half empty. So if I wash everything and wipe it out it will be much tidier. And I can fit my gin in. Priorities, priorities.
lots of bits now bagged for the black bin - balloons etc 🙄 and machines filled and timers programmed.
Another job developing amphibian characteristics - meter reading.

Morning all,
DS decided 5.16 exactly was a perfect time to get up, consequently I am tired already and so is he! Work beckons, I've had more added to my load than I would like, still must remember I finish at 2pm so the work stops then. Sports club tonight for kiddies, thank you for the advice mademoiselle I need to remember that today I'm so grumpy at the moment.
Take care all xx6 -
