Defending a claim for train station free car park

Only seek your losses , if any
This can be loss of earnings , cost of printing and posting , time spent preparing , mileage and parking on the day of the hearing etc
If none of those apply , then it's hard to see what your costs are !3 -
Ok, well its a phone call with the court but I am taking a day's holiday from work for it.

Which you would not have done otherwise , so you can claim up to £95 if you include a copy of your Wageslip , you may not get it , but you can only ask !!3

I think I have majorly messed up. I didn't email the court bundle to the car park company's solicitors, it is still in my drafts and the hearing is tomorrow! I don't know who their solicitors are and I think what happened was that I had planned to find out, then got all caught up with all my working from home priorities and never gave it another thought
I did definitely email it to the court though.I feel sick with worry, all that preparation for nothing. I've gone all through the papers again and there is no mention of their solicitor. Should I just email it to the car park firm now and apologise that it is too late?

I don't know who their solicitors areeven though it's emblazoned second to top of the Claim form?
Unless VCS started the claim themselves? The claim form tells you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There is a box "Address for sending documents and payments" which is blank, but no mention anywhere else on the claim form of who their solicitors are.

On VCS's own letterhead at the bottom it says all correspondence to be addressed to: ... etc FAO Litigation Department. Should I email the Litigation Department do you think?

Right well, I've emailed it to the litigation department with an apology and copied the county court into the email in order for them to see it is late and my fault that its late. Nothing else I can do. Will report back tomorrow.
