is this the right email address to file my WS with Wolverhampton county court please?

    Filing and records: e-filing@wolverhampton.countycourt.gsi.gov.uk
Unless someone here has had dealings with that court I doubt anyone will be able to confirm it. Was that the address on your notice of allocation?

A quick Google yielded this, which concurs with what you've posted:

You can refer to the guidance on schedule 4 but the guidance isn’t the law itself, the POFA is.

But it seems they’ve complied - with the paperwork requirements at least - but there are also obligations stated in schedule 4 at the start of that page, to provide on signage ‘adequate notice of the parking charge’ and there has to be a ‘relevant contract of relevant obligation’ that the driver knew about and breached.

If this involves a counterclaim (and I am saying that from memory) you will recall that you have case law in the defence and counterclaim so those are your first ones to find the transcripts for.

we submitted our witness statement to the court and also to bwlegal. we have been expecting bwlegal to send us their own witness statement as the court hearing is next week the 28th of October 2021. but what did they send?
we just received a letter from bwlegal today, and the letter says as follow.
"We enclose by way of service our client's Notice of discontinuance, a copy of which has been filed at court.
we confirm that having discontinued the legal claim, we are instructed not to pursue the debt and our file shall be closed immediately.

Guys, what do we do at this point? I fully regret why I didn't persuade my wife to file that counterclaim.

At this point you write to (email) the court/judge and request a consideration of costs. But without a counterclaim in place you should expect that this is game over (a game which you've "won").
