There are a few threads about Now Broadband but my question is, has anyone had a price rise during their contract? As it says on their website, prices could rise during this period. Just to add, yesterday their set up fee was £5, today it's £9.990

migrated from BT last friday - went without a hitch - equipment turned up a few days beforehand - BT went off 1000am friday - plugged in the Now hub and was back up and running 5 minutes later - after few days for line to retrain back up to syncing at same speed as BT - Now charging me £23/month inc all calls 7 days a week on 12 month contract plus, hopefully £85 from top cashback which would make it £16/month (plus £5 for Now hub) - my contract with BT had just ended and they wanted £38/month with no calls included - and home phone number stayed the same without any hassle - i can only recommend

I received an email with 1 month free entertainment pass valid to 30 September, but when I click the link it only gives me 7 days. No way to contact customer service, can anyone offer any advice please.

Just throwing my six-penneth in to say that I have been a NOW TV customer for a couple of years now alternating between sports and entertainment packages. From time to time I cancel these and allow myself to be tempted by the incentives offered if I decide to stay.I have to say, I am really impressed with the way they engage with customers and when I have needed advice (not found in FAQ's) about adding/deleting authorised devices etc, they have been superb.Thoughts have crossed my mind from time to time about subscribing to their broadband service, but my EE service has been excellent and competitively priced over the years to dissuade me to date from moving.I am surprised to hear what Islandgirl1010 has to say because my pass arrangements whether purchasing or cancelling or taking advantage of offers has always been spot on. Just wondering whether the customer service contact difficulties she describes are COVID related?0

NowTV Broadband is just Sky Broadband with Now branding.
I moved from Sky, because NowTV were cheaper and offering Topcashback/Quidco. I didn't even use the new NowTV router (exactly the same as the Sky one) that arrived, left my Sky one plugged in and everything carried on as normal.0 -
