I noticed NOW TV offer broadband and it's very reasonably priced. Anyone using it? Happy with it?

Just coming to the end of a one year contract with Now Broadband. Broadband, landline and anytime calls to landlines reasonably priced at £25 per month, but this only for one year; the same package increases to £40 a month after. Speed fine, even with homeworking and multiple devices. Some dropouts, but unclear if this is broadband supplier or Open reach, investigations continue.0

I'm going to them on the 2nd of October. When I did the switch online I said I wanted to keep the same landline number. On the next page it said we will give you a new phone number. At that point I did not proceed. I phoned them up to cancel as I have to keep the same number. However for some reason the advisor told me I could keep my number but would have to register over the phone. Fingers crossed for the 2nd of October.1

Hi Zippetydoodaa
Could I ask if you are staying with NOW broadband or are you changing supplier because of the price increase and If you are changing are NOW Broadband charging you a cancellation fee ?1 -
Thanks for the heads up. I suppose I could just stay with them for one year. I am also looking at the EE Broadband offer which seems to be a similar price. No idea if it's reliable thoughZippetydoodaa said:Just coming to the end of a one year contract with Now Broadband. Supposed to be moving to Now broadband on 7th Oct. Going to cancel if they insist on giving me a new phone number...did you have any hassle over the phone and any idea of the number I should call?Gsaver1 said:I'm going to them on the 2nd of October. If you go online fill in the details to the page where you list the number you want to keep. If on the following page it says you cannot keep your number it will show the number you have to phone. Do not click on anything else on the page as you will then get setup with new number. Found over the phone they were very good. I asked if the phone call was being recorded? Which I was told it was. I got the adviser to read out the number being kept. Any of this wrong and not happening I have this recorded conversation as evidence.parky123 said:
