Sounds like you got judgement on the claim underlying the judgement. That's highly unusual
by definition if the claim is dismissed there cannot be a judgement.3 -

Indeed, you should get this confirmed forthwith
If it were other PPCs than CEL they may appeal that judgement, as, well, its a little unsound. But CEL fail to get to court claims quite often, so they may not bother .2 -

ANY hearing can become more than it was intended for.
A great example of why you communicate, (asking for consent etc).
He wouldn't have said set aside dismissed so if dismissed was used that'll be the entire claim.2 -

Court order has arrived. Am I right in thinking that is not usual to dismiss claims at a set aside hearing? My question now is how can my friend improve her credit score I.e remove those CCJ’s
