Sounds like you got judgement on the claim underlying the judgement. That's highly unusual
by definition if the claim is dismissed there cannot be a judgement.

Let's hope so and let's hope the judgment letter is clearer than the judge!

Indeed, you should get this confirmed forthwith
If it were other PPCs than CEL they may appeal that judgement, as, well, its a little unsound. But CEL fail to get to court claims quite often, so they may not bother .

Me too! He was rather hasty to get off the phone as well before I could ask "is that it" he was gone!

    Will await a judgement letter

ANY hearing can become more than it was intended for.

A great example of why you communicate, (asking for consent etc).

He wouldn't have said set aside dismissed so if dismissed was used that'll be the entire claim.

Is your friend out of pocket by the set aside fee of £255 or was it free due to court fee remission?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Court order has arrived. Am I right in thinking that is not usual to dismiss claims at a set aside hearing? My question now is how can my friend improve her credit score I.e remove those CCJ’s
