My question now is how can my friend improve her credit score I.e remove those CCJ’s
The Defendant should phone Lincoln County Court and confirm with them that they will be removing the County Court Judgments from the register forthwith. Follow up that call with an email.

Keep in mind that the easily accessible registers sometimes take up to a month to be updated, but the Registry Trust registers are updated in real time.

Actually I would put in writing that this was a set aside hearing and her application was for that purpose.  She thanks the court for the order but it omits the most vital statement that the County Court Judgment(s) be set aside.  Could the court kindly address that omission in the Order and ensure that the CCJs are indeed set aside and removed from the register, as was the purpose of the hearing.

Ok FINALLY got some updated judgements through. They have added point ‘2’ making it clear now that the judgements have been set aside.

So I will now retrace my steps and pick up where I left off. I believe that the correct action going forward is to raise a N180 for a ‘proper’ hearing now?
Set aside was dated jan is there a limit on this? Just wondering how hastily I need to act!

    How many were there ?
Seems like 4 cases are totally dismissed.

Are the cases set aside not included in that ?

4 judgements in total one for each case

am I getting confused with the N180 as this would only be appreciable to reclaim court costs? Which in this case were levied by help with fees

Why would you be bothered about a directions questionnaire ? The 4 cases are dismissed. That means you won, it's over.

*unless there are more than 4 cases ?

The cases have been DISMISSED. They do not exist any longer. There is no claim to deal with any fuether

did you have to pay for the set aside?

I think the OP is confused because set asides don't always result in the claim(s) also being dismissed.

This time, this OP achieved both, and there are no claims any more!  The Judge torpedoed all four claims and wiped the CCJs too!  Nothing more to be done and I think you didn't pay any costs anyway.
