  • Hi All, total forum newbie so forgive me if I'm asking an obvious question - where is the 'New Thread' button? I can only see 'New Post', which brings me to this area where I can post a comment only?
Need support / advice with an ongoing PCN which has progressed to Conexus Recovery & Field Services and threatening doorstep representatives and CCJ's.
As if there's nothing else to worry about in the world right now...!
    Thanks
  • Evening all I’ve received a claim form today from the county court business centre for £185 for a parking ticket from VCS.It says I have 14 days to act! I’ve tried to find out who owns the land but I’ve had no luck up to now (bit of land behind some shops in Sheffield) any advice as what to do now would be really helpful.

    Jimmy, welcome to the forum.

You now need to be reading the second post on this thread which tells you exactly how to deal with a court claim.

If you still have questions, as I'm sure you will, then please start your own thread. You will get no help on this purely informational thread.

Here we go again, two newbies posting on an 'information only' sticky.

You both need to open new threads of your own. No one will provide you with any assistance (other than that I've just given you) on this sticky thread!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • Help please..... I have left it to the very last minute and have to supply documents I’ll rely on in the hearing in the next half hour, can anyone please point to what can realistically be done in this time?

This thread is for information only, not for asking questions or asking for help. If this is to do with one of your existing threads, then post there. If not, start a new thread.
You might have until midnight tonight to email stuff if this is for a court case, but you have given us no useful information at all to go on.

Don't waste time on this thread. You MUST start or use another one.

Or they could wake-up either of their threads from March/April, which I presume are about the same ticket?
  • I don’t understand how to navigate the forum. I’ve submitted it now and would delete the post I just made but can’t work out how to do it.
