If you go with Go To you have NO exit fees which gives you a £60+ advantage if you decide to jump ship in the near future.

Apologies - I hadn't read the whole thread and hadn't noticed that that was a deal breaker.  We have a SMETS1 British Gas meter that has been 'dumb' for several years.  I like to read my meter myself, so that's absolutely no loss to me, but can understand that others might not find it acceptable.

The standing charge happens once a day, the unit charge happens....... how many times a day?

I can't believe you are willing to pay £16.50 per month for the luxury of a smart meter tariff, a gas fix with Zog and electric with Neon reef will cost you just shy of £200 per year less than that E.on fix.
    electric 13.695p / 13.51p day
    gas 2.642p / 22.05p day
