Thank you Jet. I actually just had a call yesterday to say an NHS counsellor is going to start working with me from next week. I was so relieved I burst into tears as soon as she said that on the phone. I hope it’s helpful.

I'm in a similar situation (found out husband has a ...concubine...) and what helps me is keeping track of all discoveries I make and all conversations I have regarding this situation by typing them up, scanning items, etc and sending it to my gmail, where I add the label 'important data and conversations' (you can make your own labels in gmail).I also give myself 1 worry-hour per day, where I sit down and write down all that is bothering me and steps to take. If I start worrying at other times, I tell the worries to come back at 9, and go about my business. It sounds weird, but it really helps.
