Especially as no motorist has any such latitude for even the most minor of human errors. £100 please!Coupon-mad said:Why do the BPA think it is OK to tell a PPC that they've breached the CoP again and again, and just accept them saying 'oh sorry we didn't know/it was human error' and they just issue an advisory slap, and sweep the entire thing under the carpet with no sanctions?
What is the point of sanctions if they are not applied?
What is the point of some of these ex-clamper thug firms, at all? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

My friend is still waiting for a response from the BPA about one of her complaints. The other one was whitewashed.
I'll get her to chase it up, but I don't believe anything will be done.
I think the BPA know the end is nigh, so rather than actually do something useful they have simply taken to rearranging deckchairs on the Titanic.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Or to spell it out further...
If the parking company can get away with being told "make sure you don't do it again", why doesn't that remedy apply equally to the motorist?
In a situation like this, the motorist should be told "sorry, the PPC got it wrong so they will not be pursuing this case".
That's the least they should be doing.6
