Wow.  OPS have got DVLA data too early.  Can you send me a pm please, I'd like to assist you with the complaint.  Please send me a message showing me also where (Google Maps) this was, exactly...
You can trust me by private message; others can confirm.
Absolutely you can trust @Coupon-mad she has beaten OPS in court.
I totally concur. CM will really help you.

It has been clear to me for a long time that OPS are one of the gutter snipe low life ex clamper sc#mmers that will break laws and commit fraud in pursuit of the £££££s

I sincerely hope that the new CoP puts the final nail into their coffin as well as EPS , NPE and a good few others !!

At least D#ck Turpin wore a mask !!

100% agreed. OPS are doomed with the new CoP.  Is this not yet another case of the BPA running their business on the backs of scammers

    Hello All,
for the purpose of other users of the forum please see below response from BPA...

    Dear MXXX
Thank you for your email which has been passed to myself to respond.
I am aware of the case that was investigated by XXX and believe the appropriate action has occurred.

One Parking have advised the parking attendant was in the process of issuing the ticket when the driver turned up.  The ticket was put on the windscreen, however, the attendant required one more picture to be taken before he was satisfied the ticket was issued in line with their processes.  It is alleged the driver drove off before the parking attendant could take the final picture.

We have spoken to One Parking about this situation as we do not believe this constitutes a ‘drive off’ and therefore your data should not have been requested from the DVLA so soon.  One Parking are aware that this was not correct and have taken steps to prevent this from happening in the future.

If this scenario happened again, One Parking will wait until day 29 before requesting keeper data (assuming the driver had not appealed or paid within 28 days).

Under clause 6.6 of our Code, we look for the Operator to rectify any non compliance with our Code:

6.6 If we find there has been a failure to comply with the Code, either during a complaint investigation or a compliance audit, you must make appropriate changes to your business operation to bring it into compliance. We will write to you asking for the changes to be made. This will be a formal request and we will give you a timescale for you to make the changes and send us evidence that you have done this. Depending on the nature and severity of the alleged Code breach, we may issue suspended Sanction Points and/or a formal letter of censure.

On this occasion, we believe One Parking have made the appropriate rectifications and therefore have closed our investigation.
    Kind regards
    XXX

Why do the BPA think it is OK to tell a PPC that they've breached the CoP again and again, and just accept them saying 'oh sorry we didn't know/it was human error' and they just issue an advisory slap, and sweep the entire thing under the carpet with no sanctions?

What is the point of sanctions if they are not applied?

What is the point of some of these ex-clamper thug firms, at all?
