What is the postcode please?  The only Marlowe Road I can find is near Walthamstow and there is a construction site towards the end of it, but no sign of a car park marked OPS.

@Le_Kirk, just round the corner past the site entrance are a few private parking signs - https://goo.gl/maps/TaoZcJDEfa3JzgxQ8 - but it's not possible to see who the PPC is.

Yep, found that cul-de-sac but street view wouldn't enter for me.  In which case, OP it is follow the well worn path of appeal using the blue text to be found in the NEWBIE sticky.  Also check out some of the other OPS threads on the forum.

The google picture available now is outdated although construction is still ongoing. From the link i just posted (which is where the alleged offence took place) you'll see office trailers but these are no longer here, the hording has been moved back and the pavement is now much wider, so where you see gravels, there is now a wide flat pavement like the ones across the road and all 4 wheels of  my car were parked on the kerb.

I cannot see a car park there, still seems like street parking to me.  Can you scan and post up your PCN - both sides?

Appeal using the blue text template from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, first post - unaltered - so it reaches the PPC by day 26. Reasons for doing this are included in that section of sticky.
