Just thought I'd come back and post an update for anyone still trying to get their refunds from Mytrip. It may be a coincidence, but after I reported them to the CMA, which you can do with any company here, I had an email from Mytrip within 48 hours asking for my bank details so they could process my refund. Less than two weeks after that I have now had my refund, albeit it with quite a big deduction for their admin fees. This is over a year since my flights were scheduled to take place!0

jojohan said:It's been 10 months for me and every time I rang them, they replied the same thing, asking me to wait patiently. It's ridiculous. I will never use agents to book flights in the future.
(this assumes that the flight was cancelled by the airline and not that the flight operated but you could not travel)0 -
