    How did you get to MyTrip? How did you find them?

    Just thought I'd come back and post an update for anyone still trying to get their refunds from Mytrip. It may be a coincidence, but after I reported them to the CMA, which you can do with any company here, I had an email from Mytrip within 48 hours asking for my bank details so they could process my refund. Less than two weeks after that I have now had my refund, albeit it with quite a big deduction for their admin fees. This is over a year since my flights were scheduled to take place!

    Thanks, this is really helpful! I will go and report them. It's been 10 months for me and every time I rang them, they replied the same thing, asking me to wait patiently. It's ridiculous. I will never use agents to book flights in the future.

    Have you spoken to the airline to confirm if MyTrip requested and received a refund?
    (this assumes that the flight was cancelled by the airline and not that the flight operated but you could not travel)

    I have spoken to the airline but they said they can't check the status but it should not take so long and asked me to contact mytrip to send a new refund request, I have asked mytrip and mytrip said they have requested and asked me to wait and not to contact them, they will update bla bla.... Mytrip sent me an email saying the flight has been cancelled due to covid and I have that email as evidence. It's been 10 months so I can't wait, this is not reasonable.
