Yes, both flights were cancelled with no alternatives provided. I didn’t ask to cancel my booking at any point.
That doesn’t make sense. Who did you not provide evidence to and if the bank agrees with you why did they reverse the chargeback?
Did you have confirmation of the flight cancellation (an email from airline/MyTrip?) if so would that not be your evidence? Do you have any proof of the flight cancellation? If you post the flight date, routing and flight number someone with a paid subscription to FlightRadar24 or similar might be able to check back if it was indeed cancelled.

Thanks for the tip but I already know the flight was cancelled for sure (and no one is disputing that).

I'd put in a complaint to your Bank about this as you appear to have an open and shut case from the information supplied.
If they won't budge The Ombudsman may be required to intervene.0 -
Did your bank not say why the chargeback was rejected? If the flight was cancelled the airline should refund via MyTrip. Unless there is more to this case I cannot understand why you have either not been refunded by MyTrip or the chargeback been success.0

I do have a complaint open with the bank. I’m guessing what’s happened is they didn’t process the claim correctly/when they said they had, and that’s why it was able to be disputed.0 -
TAP Air Portugal were certainly dragging their feet and thumbing their obligations when it came to refunds. At first they were pushing people to credit vouchers but I believe that has since changed. Refund request backlogs should be clearing.
The refund request certainly must go via MyTrip.com. A little on the process can be found here -

MyTrip certainly will not refund you until they are refunded by TAP Air Portugal. There is also a €30 fee for processing your refund request which will be deducted from any money received from the airline.

has anyone managed to get at least a partial refund from mytrip? My flight in July 2020 was cancelled, booked using mytrip but with 2 different airlines, turkish airlines confirmed to me they refunded the outbound flight to mytrip in October 2020 but still waiting for SAS to refund inbound flight, seeing as part of my ticket is refunded I tried to get mytrip to pass that refund to me which they refused. If SAS don’t refund it means i lose the refund from Turkish airlines.
does anyone know where I can complain to? After months of calling and emailing I’m getting nowhere and feel so frustrated.
SAS don’t reply to any email or phone call !!
