what rate did you get in the end?2 -
2.7% for an 85% LTV with a CCJ on my file.alt80 said:Fantastic news on the remo 🥂

We are happy with that. We have fixed it for 5 years. At the end of that 5 year fix we will be looking at having about 55%LTV, no adverse and getting the best rates available.

That's good considering. Mines fixed at 2.25% and I'm into year 3 of 5 at the moment and I have no CCJ. How long will the CCJ be on your file for?*Dad loan - £5300 - £7200
*Virgin Credit Card - £3552.50 - £0
*Natwest - £1828.35 -£0.00
Barclaycard - £2315.25 - £0.00
Creation Finance - £960.32 £840
*Total debt - £8040/£11641.17*
Savings
*Savings Buffer - £100/£1500
*Emergency Fund - £1500/£1500

To be fair there are not that many better deals at 85% LTV for new customers at the moment anyway. Most are just under the 3% mark. So we are very happy with the deal.3 -
Brilliant news @RelievedSheff definitely got a good deal for an 85ltv adverse or not right now. Also sorry if I upset you re adverse.3

You will know if you upset me 🤣🤣🤣🤣4 -
😆 thought as much tbh. You don’t strike me as a wallflower mate.
You’re smashing it. 100% winning when you’re where you want to be in life and not long until you’re looking at a clean slate on the financial front.2 -
It will be a no spends day today.
Breakfast and dinner will be from stores. Full English breakfast again and then roast chicken with all the trimmings later on.
We are planning on taking the dog out for a long walk today. The one we have in mind is about ten miles round so we will all be shattered by the time we get back.
Will get the board games out when we get back and then a couple of films later on with a few beers.3 -
The progress paying off the debts is annoyingly slow at times. I want them gone now. Sometimes I do just have to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. The balances are heading in the right direction.alt80 said:😆 thought as much tbh. You don’t strike me as a wallflower mate.

I think your way is the best way, a good mix of living life and debt repayment, as well as focus on where you're going and not where you've been re debt.
All fuelled by very good food
I seem to have done a strange syncing thing from following your menu and also have roast chicken planned today. Spooky as its a rare choice for Sunday here.
