I hope your lurgy stays away.

Glad you like your air fryer. I don’t use as many of the functions as I should on mine. Air fry seems to cover all bases 😆

Hope you don’t get any worse mate. Your pork and apple burgers remind me of the hog roasts that my parents used to do years ago when I was a kid. Always had someone break a tooth or have a filling come unstuck, we used to think it was !!!!!! hilarious as kids. Also know you can make decent pork crackling in an air fryer one of my staff did it. I thought they were having me on until they brought some to work.

I think we will be using the main ovens less now we have the bigger dual zone air fryer and can cook two things at once in there.

Definitely going to try a pork joint at some point. Won't be this weekend though. Got some pork shoulder out to make slow cooked pulled pork this weekend.

I tend to use my air fryer for most things now.  The big oven only goes on 2-3 times a month now for when I make a big roast dinner and need to use 2 big trays.

A weekend at home this weekend. Got plenty to be doing while we are here. Coffee first though and then a walk with the dog.

We have three loads of bedding to wash, dry and refit plus a load of the dogs stuff off the van and no doubt a load of clothes so the washing machine is going to be busy.

Going to clean the outside of the van today and we need to pop to the farm shop and the supermarket as well.

Going to do a bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast with some black treacle bacon we brought back from Norfolk and dinner later is slow cooked lamb curry with lime and coriander rice, vegetable samosa and onion bhaji.

    A busy day ahead.

Curry night here too. Also have loads of washing to do. Sounds like a busy day, I bet you’ll be glad to put your feet up tonight.

We had an early start this morning so we have already had far too much coffee, walked the dog and eaten a lovely full English breakfast.

Just waiting now for a suitable time to fire up the lawn mower and the vacuum cleaner outside 🤣🤣🤣

I've copped for cleaning the inside of the van and the other half is cutting the grass and doing the weeding.

Must stick the pork shoulder in the slow cooker soon. We are having garlic and chilli bbq pulled pork tonight.

Not sure what else we are up to today. Got another load of washing to do. That seems never ending this weekend. And we will take the dog out somewhere for a walk.

Looks like next year's European road trip is about to start the planning stage.

We are going to Romania to catch up with an old friend for a few nights.

    Will be a long drive!

Wow that's going to take some planning!  How long are you planning on going for?

Just under 3 weeks I should think. Not as long as we would like but all we can realistically take off work.
