We do try and strike the right balance. It does feel like we are can finally see the end in sight now.
It has been a long time coming!0 -
Totals coming down nicely. By the end of January you could be in four figures! 👏👏1

Friday again. This week seems to have flown by.
I have sorted out the balance transfer from Card 6 to Card 7 this morning. It had a 2.5% transfer fee so £157 added to the balance owing but that will now be our final balance transfer. The repayment is set to clear the balance by the end of the 0% rate so by November next year we will be credit card debt free for the first time in a long time.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was cereals, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is a shepherd's pie I made last night which we can just stick in the oven when we are ready later on.
We are out in the van again this weekend so no jobs to do tonight. We will just get home, give the dog a quick walk and grab a quick shower before heading out into Derbyshire.0 -

I remember it well that great feeling when you know you’ve balance transferred the credit card for the very last time. Well done 👏
Enjoy your weekend 🍻I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2 -
We have found a lovely free stopover for tonight at an old lead mine. We have a fantastic view.
Unfortunately we were defeated by cows when we went to have an explore so we are back on the van. Would you believe not a cow in sight now so hopefully they stay wherever they are now in the morning so we can have an explore!

We have woken up to rain this morning. Hoping that will blow over quickly. We are doing an introduction to falconry course just down the road this morning. It would be nicer to do that in dry weather!
We are just having a couple of coffee's and then we will go and walk the dog before breakfast. Cheese on toast for breakfast this morning.
This afternoon we are at a campsite behind a pub. Booked into the pub for something to eat later on.
Should be a good day.2
