Definitely better to arrive on a Friday rather than Saturday morning at most places.

Looking like we'll get away this weekend as the engineer has arrived and has got to work.

We were going to head to Canterbury whilst at dds but ran out of time…..maybe next time I visit.

Thankfully we live in the Bassetlaw district now and our local council is actually really proactive. A refreshing change.

The weather is a bit grim this morning. One of the access roads out of our estate was underwater again this morning. Seems to be becoming a more regular occurrence.

Breakfast and lunch are from stores today. It was porridge for breakfast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner later will be a pizza after we have had a few beers with friends at one of the pubs local to where we are staying this weekend.

No jobs other than walking the top and putting a bit of water in the van tank tonight. We will be home, dog walked, showered and gone tonight. Should be in Lincoln for about 7pm.
