  • What a fantastic trip - and a definite bonus getting higher MPG than you expected as well. The final campsite back in the UK looks like a lovely spot too - and a LOT quieter than it would have been a few years ago when that road running past it was still the A14! I must have driven past 100s of times over the years!

    It was a lovely spot. We will certainly use it again.

    Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. Breakfast was toast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is spag bol and garlic bread.

    I have finally gotten to the bottom of the laundry bag. So no jobs to do tonight at home. We will of course walk the dog and we are going to the sister in laws tonight to drop off her birthday present.

    Another early night for us tonight I think.

    £393 sent to the motorhome loan this morning.

    Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. It was crumpets for breakfast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is slow cooked beef ribs with chips, garlic mushrooms and homemade coleslaw.

    • walking the dog
    • cleaning the kitchen
    • watering the house plants

  • It was chilly walking the dog this morning. Dry though which was a bonus.

    Breakfast and lunch are from stores today. Breakfast was toast and we have both taken our packed lunches to work. Dinner tonight is a KFC which I will pick up on my way back from the hair dressers.

    Tonight's jobs are:
    • walking the dog
    • cleaning the bathrooms
    • vacuuming the house
    The other half is going to do the bathrooms and the vacuuming while I am at the hairdressers which is nice of him.
