@RelievedSheff that’s great news.
Made my wife laugh (at me) this evening, she asked anything I’d like to do this weekend and tbf your post left me interested in a drive up your way to have a look at these new units. I’ve been told she’s not spending her weekend driving up north to see some tin sheds.

I'm with your wife on that one.1 -
Definitely not a no spends day today. In fact it will be a very spendy day.
This morning we have a chap coming to service the boiler and another coming to do the hab check (safety test and damp test) on the van.
They are both coming at 9am so should be done by late morning.
I have a load of bedding in the wash which will be hung out to dry when it'd done. It's still quite breezy here so it won't take long to dry. Will put the dogs blankets in then and hang them out while I get the chance.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores. Breakfast was toast, the other half has taken his packed lunch to work, I'm having jacket potato and chilli for my lunch and dinner tonight is goat burgers with chips, onion rings and corn on the cob.
Assuming the van is declared fit to go we are heading to one of our favourite pub stops this weekend in a village about half an hour away that we used to visit often by boat. We will go tonight and stay until Sunday lunchtime. It will be a few quiet beers tonight though. Not a lot.2 -
Hope the van is ok to go but when you’re saying at 7am it’s not going to be a lot … 🤣 have a good one 🍻1

Milo has a clean bill of health for another year.

As does the boiler.
I have made the most of this lovely mild winter weather and washed the dogs blankets which are now on the line drying.
The first load of bedding dried in no time at all.

It won't be a no spends day today. Its karaoke night in the pub 😀
We will be having a steady day walking the dog first. There are some lovely walks around here.
We will have a full English to set us up for the day. Dinner later is salmon with jacket potato and some veg.
Should probably get up and put the kettle on soon. This bed is too comfy 🙂1 -
Enjoy the karaoke! I only ever do it on holiday where nobody knows me

Some pub karaoke singers are brilliant. One from a local pub ended up in The Voice finals last year. Hope you have a good time 🍻I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1
